The Combi Timer combines several functions: both those of the Meditation Timer and an Interval Timer. The Combi Timer is very useful for meditators who seriously wish to train themselves. It is used to alternate periods of concentration on various objects of meditation or on various visualizations. Also to move from a period of focused attention to one of contemplation. It is set in two steps:Selection of the total duration of the sitting. Eight possibilities: 20, 25, 30, 40, 45, 50, 60 or 90 minutes. Selection of the interval period. Eight possibilities: 0 (no chime throughout the meditation period, as with the Meditation Timer) or every 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes. Then: Three chimes of the gong signal the beginning of the session.

One gong chime is heard at the selected frequency (or none if the « 0 » interval has been selected).

Three chimes signal the end of the session. These will be preceded by several lighter, softer ones. A few seconds later the working light will automatically switch off.

The wooden part of the Combi Timer pyramid is entirely handmade in solid wood. It is built to the perfect proportions of the Kheops pyramid, which Feng Shui specialists consider as a source of powerful energy, stability and balance.

The sound of the Combi Timer is that of a Tibetan “singing bowl” digitally recorded, which gives it a very pure quality. There are 2 volume control options.
